Hopefully this will help Nick that came to my house today. He was excellent. He got all of my problems resolved. He was so nice and I wanted to cry when he left and everything was working wonderfully. I had called, texted etc. Nothing worked. Nick was great.

I was helped with my phone by the representative named Lizzie at Columbus, Indiana Xfinity. She was very kind, helpful, and a very pleasant person to speak with regarding the problems I was having with my phone and thank you very much
