“I'm a 100% disabled retired purple heart vet. I have a 2019 Chevy equinox that requires the electronic parking break to be released with the assistance of a dealership or an epb device. Big o was trying to rip me off telling me it would take an hr to do but charge me 3 hrs at time and a half cause I had my own parts. Thankfully I was able to get my vehicle taken care of with a very fair price minus any warranty for parts or services. I really appreciate the help! Our Chevy team member went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I wasn't taken advantage of and it's what we are all accustomed to happening when getting service through a dealership.
