“I took my car to these guys a couple years ago, prior to COVID, because it had a horrible misfire. The guy looked at it and told me, then SHOWED me, the issue was a damaged spark plug wire.He asked if I wanted him to fix it after showing me how simple of a fix it was (99 cavalier 2.2 non eco-tec engine, plugs and wires are right on the front. Super easy DIY change)I said nah, I'll do it but offered to pay him for pointing me in the right direction. He refused to accept payment just because he looked at it for a couple minutes and told me what to do.That's true class right there. I wish more businesses had that level of ethnic principle about them.I reached out to them today (12/12/2022) about an issue with a different car, but they told me they are no longer in the mechanic business and only do towing.Sad times for an upstanding level of service. If they ever check out these reviews, I just want to say a thank you from myself (and others who might not have told them) about how awesome their mechanic service was.”
“So I didn't get anything repaired this trip but I did get an honest opinion which was valuable to me. I bought my ztr mower some place else and with only 400 hours the engine is broken once again. So instead of going back to the dealership that would love to fix it again, and since I've already spent more than a thousand dollars in repairs on that engine with that dealership, I took it to Jeremy at Tindalls for a 2nd opinion. His opinion after checking it out was the engine is no good, don't repair it. That's valuable to me and much appreciated. Tindalls is a small engine repair shop off Hwy 135 just south of Corydon.”
