“Purchased a dog house ($200). Though the instructions were simple, none of it went together the way the illustrations showed. Whole thing fell over twice during the building process. Broke the roof. I just expected better for $200. And customer service was a bust. Was on hold forever, they offered an option the leave a call back number. So I left my contact information. That would be great, if they called back.”

“They are always there to help you. They order items and won't charge you shipping for items they carry at any store. Their local competitor does. Staff is friendly and help you load without being asked most times. The one in TelCity is bigger, but this is friendlier. It's kind of hidden off the road behind the Smoke Shop across from JayC.”
