Terrible bank. You can’t call in and speak to anyone. Their mobile banking does not work and does not update correctly. You have to sit on hold for lengthy times for the call to disconnect. Do not bank here. It will only frustrate you if you wish to actually speak to a person on actively monitor your account

I had the same problem as someone else a woman named Alyssa answered the phone and she was so rude it makes me want to switch banks

This is one of the worst banks that I have ever dealt with, only coming in second to BB&T. The employees there are nice but none of them know ANYTHING about ANYTHING
