However, the pharmacy frequently has a long line and long wait times, though prescriptions are sometimes ready faster than stated. Some management is noted as rude and unhelpful. The pharmacy itself is often understaffed, requiring staff to juggle many complex tasks, which can lead to customer service challenges despite their efforts.
I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like I have to. I came in to shop on Tuesday of last week. I think Ada was her name...she was extremely helpful. I could tell she truly cared about me as a customer. Lovely young lady. I will definitely be back !
