I don't know why CVS doesn't pay attention to these low star comments because they are all true! There are a couple good pharmacy workers now but the good ones never last long. HIRE MORE PEOPLE or do SOMETHING! And calling them, good luck

Kinda busy time of day @ 5pm ish ?!! I swung in to check for TYs. Yep my wife loves them and I'm always hunting for them. Check out the pictures ? because they were stocked up on them. I breezed out of there by using the self check out, no need to stand in check out line!!

Listen, it’s no secret that CVS purposefully understaffs their pharmacies. I can’t imagine having to juggle doctors, insurance companies, constantly changing regulations, (and probably the worst app and phone system I’ve ever experienced) WHILE identifying and solving customer issues! Thanks for doing it with grace!

My mom's a cancer patient for the she's been getting her pain medication at this pharmacy for a year the last three months they've been screwing her over. When it's time for her medicine to be filled rs always out of stock which puts my mother in a bad predicament. That means she's out of medicine for at least three days for the last three months. It should be common sense to order it ahead of time. They are rude. It takes hours on the phone to even reach them. Just for them to hang up

Terrible place to get prescription medications!! They take several hours, if not a day to fill a script a doctor has ordered the day of. I would recommend going to another pharmacy!Update: After the cashier/technician said it would be another 30-60 mins, I left to go home, and then received a message (text) stating is was ready. Unbelievable!

I call in my prescription first thing any morning that I need to pick it up so that it’s ready for me before I have to go to work yet I still always end up having to wait until I get off work to be able to pick it up. Nearly 14 hours after I call it in. Which means I go all day without my meds. Every time.

I wouldn't give any stars if it was available. This stupid automated service is located somewhere else because I wanted to see if CVS had a certain item and they had a one track mind talking about COVID Vaccines and tests. Is this how CVS treats it's telephone customers? I never did like CVS and like them a lot less now if this is the way they treat their customers.
