“AJ and Mark provided me the best customer service I have experienced in years! Phone answered by AJ by 2nd ring, with a smile/friendly tone. Explained I needed windshield wipers for my Rogue Select, and asked if they would install for me. AJ responded yes, quoted me hours of store, and said they would be happy to help. I arrived at approx. 6pm, and was welcomed when I entered the door by Mark. He helped me select the windshield wipers; reasonably priced, and installed them for me within 15 minutes of my arrival.
