She offered us 2 choices and a vast amount of easy to understand facts and figures. “Website was down, so I called in for my balances. Lauren at the Crown Point Branch was able to help- but went SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND, here I am leaving a review. When she pulled up my account she noticed bill pay charges (a feature I don't use) and was able to reverse all of them. This wasn't even why I called! She is amazing, and a true asset to their team.”
