“I live less than a mile from them so I stop in from time to time. Plenty of variety in a little convenient store.Manager is friendly and helpful. All cashiers are kind and nice, I've chatted briefly with them. Good place to have close to home.”

She helped my grandmother to carry her waters out without being asked and pumped her gas for her because she couldn't 4-23-24 . Our family appreciates that!”

“Jeff was the absolute sweetest. My car got a flat tire on the way home from the Southlake mall with my boyfriend. We stopped in and he chatted with us, helped out in any way he could and even gave us a warm drink to combat the cold as we fought with the tire. We couldn’t have had a better experience at this Family Express. Thank you so much Jeff, you’re the best!”

“I pulled in and was greeted at the pump by a man asking if he could pump my gas for me! I haven't seen full service gas station in over 25 years. No up charge. They will wipe your windows for you and get something from the store and bring you the receipt. Definitely going there rather than speedway or Family Express. Better gas too!”

“I am pleased with the addition of this gas station in the vicinity. Previously, the only alternative in this area was the Speedway located on Randolph and 109th, which consistently imposed inflated gas prices, at least $0.10 higher than the average. Now, with the introduction of competition, the gas prices are align with the prevailing rates in the surrounding area.”
“I wouldn't normally rate a gas station, but I had to stop and give this one 5 stars. I was riding my motorcycle and had to pull over for a few hours to stay dry. I parked under the canopy and sat outside. The gentleman at the counter came out and offered me their break room so I wouldn't have to sit on the cement! I declined, but it was so nice of him!”

“The staff is very helpful and nice. The problem is the lack of staffing during peak times. 8:30am, 5-6pm and lunch time. There's times where I've walked in, saw the line had 7-10 people in it and just left. They need to have more than one register open during peak hours or they need to add a self checkout scanner to reduce the line times. Customers shouldn't have to wait in line for more than 10 mins when they're grabbing one item. Also I would suggest one of those lottery vending machines so people can scan their own tickets and buy their own tickets without hindering the line of other customers”

“I like coming to this particular Five Star BP Station, it is clean, well organized, and has a large cooler with a great variety of energy drinks and many other cooled products. They also have popcorn and a few hot food choices. This location is clean, well organized, and generally has 2 clerks with the registers open during peak times. They also have 2 unisex bathrooms for convenience. I work across the street, and I frequently stop here often, for convenience and quality fuel. Unfortunately, on 03/13/2025 a rude dark-haired clerk in the gas station who drives or got in to a newer Lime Green Ford Mustang, watched me pull in at 10:28pm to a pump (the hours stated on the earnify app states closure at 11pm) As soon as I tapped my card at the dispenser, the clerk stopped the fuel sale, canceling my transaction, he shut off lights and walked out front doors saying nothing to me, and the other 2 vehicles at the pumps. He got in the Mustang parked on the north side of business. I was unable to get the fuel I needed. I was very disappointed, I left in frustration. In the past, i personally met the owner, Victor, a very nice owner, but i am sure he won't condone these actions of his night clerk
0/2025, I spoke to Victor the owner a week prior to today. He apologized to me for that clerks decision, then spoke in front of me to the person who closed 2 minutes early to close on time. I came back on 3/30 at 10:28 to get fuel, (they close at 10:30pm) the same clerk in Mustang, the clerk seen me again and followed protocol. I'm very satisfied now and bringing this up to 4 stars.
Others who are reading this, the owner has updated the hours on earnify and Google to close at 10:30pm but it's taking sometime for Google to update these hours. Thanks”

“The Speedway in WINFIELD is worst customer service I ever had at any place in America especially the midnight crew. If u cant hande Midnight's don't work them. He still work a there he can't defend himself and makes things up. Never seemed like he was all there. I HAD AN UNCALLED FOR issue THERE. IT WASTED ARE POLICE OFFICERS TIME WHEN THEY COULD OF BEEN DOING OTHER THINGS. FAMILY EXPRESS ALL THE WAY.”
