This was a perfect spot for us. The facility is absolutely clean, secure and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful and they were great at expediting our check out when we were ready. No hidden fees or charges at the end, highly recommend.

Nikki is always great to work with and the units and building are always super clean. I even brought a local organization I am involved with here to get a unit because they were also so impressed with everything!

Been a customer with them for about 3 years and they've been the best storage service I've ever had. Nikki is super nice, on top of the monthly calls, and makes my experience super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage in Crown Point/Winfield area.
