This is the first time renting a storage unit and i was very impressed with the facility, it is very clean and well maintained. Nikki the manager was awesome. She explained everything very well and was there to answer all my questions. I feel she went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

Nicki is the "sixth star" in our five star rating of Stor-It Now! She provides the most excellent service and is very professional. We have rented a number of units from Stor-It Now, and she makes the process for renting units seamless. She understands customers like us are under pressure being in the process of moving and is so calm and in control. The indoor units themselves are clean, well maintained and Stor-It Now provides carts at each entrance garage to help with moving your things in or out of storage. These are the best storage units we have seen/rented by far. I like too, that there is a name and face during working hours at the physical location to help with renting additional units or answer questions. Thanks for all your help Nicki!

I was in need a storage space during my move from Valpo to Crown Point, and I found Stor-It Now. One of the best moves I have done hands down. Not only was the manager friendly and easy to work with, but a few months later I had to upgrade to a bigger unit, and without hesitation Nikki the manager was able to help me get into a bigger unit.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone seeking short or long term storage needs. There pricing is fair, and the property is well maintained.

We were very pleased with this brand new climate controlled storage units. Nikki was most helpful & was available 24/7. We felt safe every time we visited, even at night as their security was spot on attentive. Our furniture came out in perfect condition & the price was very reasonable.
