“I've been taking my dogs to Smith Animal for the past year. Thankfully we haven't had any emergencies so it's been mainly preventative care and ear infections. The staff has always been great and Dr. Smith is always the Dr. we see. They have appointments that fill up pretty fast but I think they reserve some time for emergencies. How do I know this....because I had to make a really tough decision about my 18 year old cats on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I had originally planned to use from Home to Heaven but was unhappy with the communication. So on Friday morning I called Smith Animal and explained the situation. They said they had an emergency appointment they could fit me into. I arrived early...crying in my car while holding one of my cats. The staff came out to get me. Everyone was so compassionate as I bailed my eyes out in the room. The price was also over less than half the cost of the service I originally planned to use. Fast forward to today, a week later and the office sent me a handwritten condolences card.”

“I have anxiety about bringing my Labrador to the vet because he gets nervous and reactive. Our previous vet was rude and dismissive, so I tried crossroads and I’ve been there twice with him so far. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly patient and kind. I’ve seen both Dr. A and Dr. Tyler and both of them were just fantastic. The vet tech staff were wonderful as well. I’m just so impressed with the compassionate care we received. I find the pricing to be fair as well.”
