“My husband and I were traveling from Boston to LA and broke down near shop. They diagnosed the car and got our part shipped in overnight delivery. Doug the owner dropped us off personally to hotel and had his daughter pick us up, they gave us water and got us on the road the next day. Jim the mechanic did everything possible to make sure they diagnosed the cause of the breakdown and tried to make sure we didn’t overpay.

“They do good work. Only negative I'm always waiting at least an hour if not 2 for anything. Oil change or even replacing 1 tire. I'm sure it's just a staff shortage issue. But the whole reason I'm goin to Walmart to get any car wool done is to save time and be lazy. But the work is great customer service is great no real complaints I'm just lazy and impatient lol”

“There are not words to describe how thankful my husband and I are for T&T Auto Inc. We were on our way back home to Tennessee on Sunday after Thanksgiving when a U Joint went out. Even before picking us up, T&T was flexible trying to help us pick the most economical solution (in both time and money). Then, Kevin picked us up and dropped us (and a dog) off at an Air Bnb before taking our huge Dodge truck to the shop. Kevin worked on it Sunday night and told us what was needed Monday morning (front axle). He had the parts within an hour and had us back on the road about 4 hours later (after delivering the truck back to the Airbnb). Wow! Simply wow. If you ever need a tow while in the area, definitely give them a call! Huge shout out to Kevin!”
