“When I use AAA I ask for T&T. I called ahead and said I would be calling AAA for a tow. Sean was towing today, he was knowledgeable, even smiling as he broke a sweat in 90 degrees. I will use T&T every time.”

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to Jennifer Railing, the ASM at the store in Plymouth. She is polite, efficient, matter of fact, doesn't try to up-sale on products, beyond helpful. I have had to take a couple cars in for different things and I wait for her to be available bc she sticks with you until the job is completed and you're satisfied. I go out of my way to go to this Oreillys bc of Jennifer and her excellent customer service!!! Thank you.”

“My husband and I were traveling from Boston to LA and broke down near shop. They diagnosed the car and got our part shipped in overnight delivery. Doug the owner dropped us off personally to hotel and had his daughter pick us up, they gave us water and got us on the road the next day. Jim the mechanic did everything possible to make sure they diagnosed the cause of the breakdown and tried to make sure we didn’t overpay. We are truly grateful for their service, hospitality and expertise.”
