“We would like to thank Aaron Hartwell, owner of The Carpet Man Indy for guiding us through a difficult situation. We had originally contracted a company for our kitchen renovation that had attempted to level the kitchen floor in our 100 year old home. Aaron confirmed the results were unacceptable and unworkable. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to redirect the entire flooring project. We wanted to use linoleum (a natural product as opposed to vinyl) and although The Carpet Man Indy didn’t currently carry any linoleum products, Aaron made arrangements through a distributor to accommodate us. From the initial consultation with Aaron to the expert installation of our beautiful flooring by José, the process was simple, friendly and professional. We highly recommend The Carpet Man Indy and we plan to use them again soon for additional flooring projects.”
