“My grandson’s car suddenly had a couple of cracks in the exhaust system & I called a few muffler/exhaust places in Lafayette & West Lafayette. A couple of them didn’t even have welding services available & almost all said we couldn’t have the car towed there & would have to wait until the next week or two to bring it in & have it looked at. I started looking north of where I live (Brookston) & found Rob’s place. I called them & they said to go ahead & have it towed there. It was the Friday before Labor Day. Promptly on Tuesday I received a call & had photos sent with two problems & 2 different options to have it fixed. I told them to go ahead & fix both & got another text less than an hour later saying it was ready. I then asked if they could check the fluid levels & change the oil if necessary. They sent a photo of the oil on the dipstick & said it was at the correct level & looked good. Then they sent a picture of the transmission fluid & said it needed half a quart & a picture of the transmission fluid & they would also top that off. I asked if they could make sure there were no leaks & they said they would. We were able to pick the car up & drive it shortly after. I will be calling them for any vehicle needs in the future & highly recommend them for anyone needing help with their automobiles. Thank you to everyone involved with fixing the car & keeping me updated!!”

Update: continue to use team Brads! I was in a rental ‘22 Ridgeline while Brads had my ‘13 Ridgeline for an oil change, tire rotation, filters, alignment AND to replace my lower control arms…. The ‘22 i drove was for sale, my favorite color, low mileage and beautiful…. But i am SO HAPPY to have my old one back, running even better and smoother now! Brad’s ROCKS!!!”

“My Silverado is 10 years old and the factory undercoating needed a refresh. I used Premier auto detailing under coating service and after inspection it looks as if they did a perfect job. Nothing missed, everything was correctly covered. While they had my truck, I decided to have a liner sprayed in the bed also ; again perfect job. I would definitely recommend them. And I will definitely be back with other vehicles to have similar services done.”

Last night my son damaged the underbody of his car when he struck a curb on campus. I had my 2020 Volvo towed to AIL and was prepared for it to take a couple of weeks. “Quality mechanic! Capable and quick, Tire Barn claimed I had to do to the dealer for my German car'a alignment. The dealer wanted to do another six thousand in essential updates alongside a tire alignment. Got the recommendation to try here from the neighbor! Dubbers was easy going and relaxed, incredible relaxed, knows what is what. I dropped off my wagon, alignment sorted out real easy and mentioned the dealer's need to steal more was only when the continuously variable joint began making noises. Glad for that, only spent one hundred and ten with cash instead of six big ones, will definitely be back when the cv starts clattering, I can highly recommend.”
“I was out of town from Ohio and fuel started spraying out of the top of my gas tank as the metal fuel pump seal had failed. I quickly looked at reviews of shops around me and he was about half a mile away, so I hobbled the truck to him. He was kind enough to put it up in the air and look at it with me right away. We established it needed the new fuel pump. I helped him take the gas tank out. He took driveshaft out and had the new fuel pump in within 2 1/2 hours and we had everything buttoned back up, and his pricing was very generous for such a last minute operation on a holiday weekend at THAT! Hector is incredible and transparent and you can tell he cares about people! He was about to go home when I pulled up and he was closing up shop, yet he stayed an additional 2 1/2 hours to help someone in need out. You don’t find that in the service industry any longer! Hector is a real modern day hero and I would highly recommend Herrera’s!”
