βThis place used to be Robinson Tire and the staff are wonderful and very trustworthy and honest. That's hard to find more and more. I made an appointment for new tires, oil change and to have my brakes checked. I know that I will be treated like a family member.β
βMy Silverado is 10 years old and the factory undercoating needed a refresh. I used Premier auto detailing under coating service and after inspection it looks as if they did a perfect job. Nothing missed, everything was correctly covered. While they had my truck, I decided to have a liner sprayed in the bed also ; again perfect job. I would definitely recommend them. And I will definitely be back with other vehicles to have similar services done.β
βWent to J M Dent Repair for a quote and Jim assessed the issue on the spot and repaired dent. Jim is beyond fair, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Very impressed with the quality of service and cannot recommend him highly enough. I have never provided a review for any vendor but Jim motivated me to provide a review because of his superior service.β

βMy wife and I was on a day trip to Lafayette and realized one of our headlights our car was burnt out. We bought a new set of headlights at AutoZone but they didn't have the manpower to install them so they reccomended this shop. We stopped in the shop and they immediately took care of us. Great customer service!β

βPurchased a used vehicle from Defouw/Nissan ( Used car center)this past weekend, so far so good. Kenny was a good salesman. Everyone were professional at their gob, from sales to financing, It was a good experience! They took my old vehicle, which unexpectedly would not start once I shut it off(felt a bit embarrassed).
Unfortunately they couldn't offer me very much because of the no start issue, but they still took it anyway.β

βI love and trust these guys with any and all my vehicular needs! They even put a lift kit on my tractor trailer once so i stopped skinning the tread of the tires when i loaded it with rock, wood, or mulch!
Update: continue to use team Brads! I was in a rental β22 Ridgeline while Brads had my β13 Ridgeline for an oil change, tire rotation, filters, alignment AND to replace my lower control armsβ¦. The β22 i drove was for sale, my favorite color, low mileage and beautifulβ¦. But i am SO HAPPY to have my old one back, running even better and smoother now! Bradβs ROCKS!!!β
βThese folks are awesome. They helped me out of a real pickle. I got a flat on i65 while driving thru and i didn't have a spare. They were the closest tire place. Although they do mostly commercial vehicles, the team really helped me out. They didn't have a tire that fit my car, but they got on the phone and called a nearby shop that did, picked it up and helped me out. As a woman alone who knows nothing about cars - they were honest, fair and up front with me. Reasonable price. They got me back on the road within about an hour. Thank you to Josh and the whole team!β

βLyons Alignment has proven to be the best home away from home auto repair shop! My son attends Purdue and I live too far away to help keep up with the vehicle maintenance. We have trusted Lyons to do everything from alignments, brake service, to oil changes. Lyons consistently provides fast service at fair rates. Last night my son damaged the underbody of his car when he struck a curb on campus. Lyons was able to diagnose his car this morning and determined the damage was cosmetic only to the underbody trim pieces. My son is back on the road and Lyons provided the diagnostics free of charge. βMy first visit to Jiffy Lube truly impressed me. They easily outshine both Midas and the auto service departments at Walmart in my area.
Every employee there β both men and women β is extremely knowledgeable and confident. They work together as a strong team, and itβs honestly impressive to watch. They are helpful, kind, and take the time to explain everything clearly so you understand whatβs being done and why. Most importantly, they allow you to make your own decisions without any pressure or scare tactics.
They walk you through each step of the process so you always know whatβs going on. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in the work they did. My car is better for it.
I could say more, but honestly, you should experience it for yourself. If you havenβt been, I highly recommend giving this Jiffy Lube a try at least once. Itβs refreshing to see a team that takes pride in doing things the right way β no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, just honest, quality service.

βFast, Excellent service, Fair Prices, Friendly staff. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I don't know why but I have the worst luck with tires. Recently had two vacle stems begin leaking back to back the first one I took to discount tire because of my work schedule & the refused to change the stem & forced me to buy a used tire even though my tires were less than a month old this time I went to BWC, they quoted me $80 but after doing the job only charged me $30. I don't know a lot of other places around town that would do that knowing they could just charge the original amount. I came in without an appointment & they looked pretty busy so I expected to have to wait before I was told I would pull into the bay immediately. I would recommend them to anyone for any Tire or automotive needs 10/10 times. After dealing with every other tire shop in town I refuse to go anywhere but BWCβ

Anyway the process was smooth and my wife loves it, especially the massage seats. It was worth taking the 50+ mile Uber ride to surprise her for her birthday!β

βThe modem in our 2024 Sorrento is still not connected. They tried 2 things and was hoping after 2 days it would reconnect. No such luck. I would think they would investigate what the issue is or how to get it reconnected!β
