“I had to have some serious engine work done on my truck. The folks at Dowell were great to deal with. Very open with the issues, honest, and provided clear discussion of options, and just an overall great experience. To give you some idea, the mechanic invited me out to the shop floor to show me exactly what he found, showed me the damaged parts, and clearly explained what we needed to do get back on the road. I also felt the price was very fair for the amount of work they did. This is definitely my shop of choice moving forward.”

“I love and trust these guys with any and all my vehicular needs! They even put a lift kit on my tractor trailer once so i stopped skinning the tread of the tires when i loaded it with rock, wood, or mulch!
Update: continue to use team Brads! I was in a rental ‘22 Ridgeline while Brads had my ‘13 Ridgeline for an oil change, tire rotation, filters, alignment AND to replace my lower control arms…. The ‘22 i drove was for sale, my favorite color, low mileage and beautiful…. But i am SO HAPPY to have my old one back, running even better and smoother now! Brad’s ROCKS!!!”

“My Silverado is 10 years old and the factory undercoating needed a refresh. I used Premier auto detailing under coating service and after inspection it looks as if they did a perfect job. Nothing missed, everything was correctly covered. While they had my truck, I decided to have a liner sprayed in the bed also ; again perfect job. I would definitely recommend them. And I will definitely be back with other vehicles to have similar services done.”

“Lyons Alignment has proven to be the best home away from home auto repair shop! My son attends Purdue and I live too far away to help keep up with the vehicle maintenance. We have trusted Lyons to do everything from alignments, brake service, to oil changes. Lyons consistently provides fast service at fair rates. Last night my son damaged the underbody of his car when he struck a curb on campus. Lyons was able to diagnose his car this morning and determined the damage was cosmetic only to the underbody trim pieces. My son is back on the road and Lyons provided the diagnostics free of charge. “My faith in humanity is restored! The owner of AIL, Fred, is the most honest, hardworking, caring, skilled, trustworthy and dedicated to excellent automotive mechanic you will ever meet. I had my 2020 Volvo towed to AIL and was prepared for it to take a couple of weeks. Fred ran every diagnostic possible and through true detective work isolated the problem, fixed it within a week, and taught me how to do it myself the next time! I can't recommend him and his shop highly enough!”

“I was out of town from Ohio and fuel started spraying out of the top of my gas tank as the metal fuel pump seal had failed. I quickly looked at reviews of shops around me and he was about half a mile away, so I hobbled the truck to him. He was kind enough to put it up in the air and look at it with me right away. We established it needed the new fuel pump. I helped him take the gas tank out. He took driveshaft out and had the new fuel pump in within 2 1/2 hours and we had everything buttoned back up, and his pricing was very generous for such a last minute operation on a holiday weekend at THAT! Hector is incredible and transparent and you can tell he cares about people! He was about to go home when I pulled up and he was closing up shop, yet he stayed an additional 2 1/2 hours to help someone in need out. You don’t find that in the service industry any longer! Hector is a real modern day hero and I would highly recommend Herrera’s!”
“Quality mechanic! Capable and quick, Tire Barn claimed I had to do to the dealer for my German car'a alignment. The dealer wanted to do another six thousand in essential updates alongside a tire alignment. Got the recommendation to try here from the neighbor! Dubbers was easy going and relaxed, incredible relaxed, knows what is what. I dropped off my wagon, alignment sorted out real easy and mentioned the dealer's need to steal more was only when the continuously variable joint began making noises. Glad for that, only spent one hundred and ten with cash instead of six big ones, will definitely be back when the cv starts clattering, I can highly recommend.”

Everywhere else in Lafayette said it would take 3 days at least to look at it, but automotive solutions said that they could look at my car that day to tell me if it was safe to drive and see if they could even fix it that day. Everyone was nice and helpful, and my car was fixed in just a few hours. It seemed like a great community with many satisfied customers, and my experience was also amazing.
