He took the time to explain everything in great detail, both Matthew and Kayce kept us informed throughout the entire process, and delivered on every timeline they gave.
They were able to perform a PDR (paint-less dent repair), and we are honestly amazed by how incredible the results are. You would never know the damage had happened. While the circumstances that brought us to them were unfortunate, I am so thankful we found such a wonderful place . Excellent customer service, honest, and kind communication, and amazing workmanship. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair!”

“I'm a 100% disabled retired purple heart vet. I have a 2019 Chevy equinox that requires the electronic parking break to be released with the assistance of a dealership or an epb device. Big o was trying to rip me off telling me it would take an hr to do but charge me 3 hrs at time and a half cause I had my own parts. Thankfully I was able to get my vehicle taken care of with a very fair price minus any warranty for parts or services. I really appreciate the help! Our Chevy team member went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I wasn't taken advantage of and it's what we are all accustomed to happening when getting service through a dealership. Thank you to him and his team for not taking me over the coals like everyone else wanted to.”

“Alright. So let me start out with this is THE place to go if you have scrap metal. Friendly people. Anthony does mechanic work and out priced everyone else on a simple weld job that was needed for my wife's car. The part was being held together with vice grips and, unlike most mechanics, he didn't steal them. He put them in the car. I still got my vice grips! Ill be taking all car troubles to them for now on. Great experience.”
