I have a business account and went to make a cash deposit, the atm took my money and the transition was canceled with no recipe. went inside the bank and explain the situation. First thing the teller which was a old white lady said was we have nothing to do with the atms she then told me to go with the other lady in the office which was a black lady. The lady in the office stated that the teller said that I swear at her which was a bold face lie. They didn't help me, No apology, they blew me off like it was nothing and told me to call the number on the back of my card if the money didn't show by the morning. I will be filing a complaint with this branch.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews, before changing over to BMO, after getting accounts, hacked into, at Chase, right across the street from BMO. I never would’ve gone there.It’s such a hassle to change banks, when you have direct deposit, and auto payments, for numerous, monthly bills!

The tellers just don’t care. This branch is pretty bad but there a culture of unprofessionalism at BMO. That’s why I’m closing my account

I had a great experience for my first visit at this branch today. Mohammad did everything he could to help me out even though I came at closing. After having fraud on my card and getting to the bank late, he made sure I left with a new card. He was very friendly and helpful!

Terrible service at this bank to say the least, the staff is not knowledgeable of the services they provide, they need to be retrained for customer service, how to handle a situation appropriately and apologetically. Also acting as if you are annoyed because of a system error is very unprofessional. Please do not go to this location would not recommend

The bank tellers are so rude. I was there to withdraw some cash, they made it so difficult. Ok ok I understand there are steps on withdrawing over a certain amount, but if I’m doing all the steps there telling me to do and it still doesn’t get done then that’s a big problem for me. Then when I call to speak to the manager to order the amount LIKE THEY SAID TO DO, they deny to put the manager on the phone. All of a sudden he’s in a meeting, supposedly. Everyday of the week he’s in a meeting??

Mari and Donna and the rest of the crew at bmo in dyer are very helpful and kind . They are very easy to work with and always answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this bank to everyone :)
