Go to any other BMO Harris. The banker is new. I went here to make a wire transfer that should take 10 minutes tops. Banker was working with an older gentleman and clearly able to see someone else was waiting to get something done she starts just sharing stories back and forth with the guy for nearly 30 minutes. Your staff needs ro learn customer service. Ur staff are the face of the company but they dont know how to smile and clearly they dont know how to work with your customer. Ive been bankinv with BMO for almost 20yrs. This is the worst customer service, the staff in this location SUCKS!!!
