Had alot of fraud with this bank. They wouldn't help me . So I went back to a great bank, wintrust. !!

No hours after 5:00 - not a single dayTerrible for the working people that can't get there before 5:00Was used to being recognized by staff. It seems they got rid of all 1st Midwest employees when they bought. Miss the friendliness. Did not have trouble with the switch over. That went smoothly for me.
