“I purchased 2 spider plants from this nursery, I couldn't be happier! I received an email stating that they wouldn't be sending them out the week I ordered them they sent them out a later week, one that was warmer. They arrived one day early and I wasn't expecting them to be as big as they are! So very pleased with my new additions and will definitely be buying from them again! Also I would definitely suggest getting what ever you need from them! They are definitely the bomb ❤️”

“We absolutely loved every part of our experience at Humane Indiana. We were able to go view the dogs and facility before selecting which we wanted to meet. Then we made a decision after the staff let us have as much time with the pups as we wanted. We filled out paperwork, they were able to get the puppy spayed that day and we took her home less than 24 hours later. The spay incision looks so clean and well done, the experience was so easy and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend this facility and the staff and volunteers were so friendly and helpful!”
“I have fond memories of the Terry's Aquarium in Lansing growing up, and the Hammond location brings back all the feels. They are extremely knowledgeable about anything aquarium-related you could possibly need to know, and have never steered me wrong. You can tell the staff really cares about all their critters and are always happy to help - and I'm happy to continue supporting this small business over the big pet chains!”

“I actually had a horrible experience in Iowa when I took my sister's dog to Petsmart when I lived there I swore I would never go back. I went here because Petco was booked. I'm glad I gave it another chance because they did a good job. My dog rolled in poop the next day though and my sister got stuck dealing with that. Lol
I might try their self service option to make sure she got it all.”

“Just got this little nugget from Hug-a-Pup in Hammond. Vet check (included) says he’s very healthy! Bought my first pup from this owner 30 some years ago when they were still Let’s Pet in Chicago. He was a great dog. All dogs I’ve owned in between were shelter dogs, but I’m happy to have this full circle moment (not as young as I used to be, so this will likely be the last little buddy) with a place I trust! Store is clean, owner is a peach. 3 cheers for Hug-a-pup!”

“At the time of me writing this, most are still without power. I went in here to get cat food, like I do every week, and I go in the cooler to grab food and they said they could not sell it because it was too warm. I didn't pay attention to the small strip of tape on the door or the sign on the far side of the fridge. My bad. I've been working all day, don't feel too hot, just trying to grab and go. That wasn't the issue at all. Im glad they are taking precautions. What I didn't like was the white lady manager with the glasses making a snide comment to the other workers right in front of me. What I didn't like was the commentary after I went down the aisle. It's not uncommon for people to not pay attention because their mind is on something else. At least wait till I leave to talk your crap. If you really wanted to make sure nobody goes into the cooler maybe tie the handles together?? Maybe put the strip over the gap between the doors?? Maybe put up more signs on all the doors??? Maybe im not the only stupid one. I still gave 5 stars because I genuinely like this store. Im just tired of everybody being ignorant now days.”
