“Excellent service! Great experience. They responded very promptly to my son's breakdown (steering system broke while driving resulting in driver tire nearly coming off). Blake came to our rescue and provided phenomenal service. He took extra care to try to not further damage my sons car despite how challenging it was to load and unload it in the condition it was in. Most other tow truck drivers would not have taken this level of care and the result would've been a damaged bumper, fender and more. Very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend.”

“I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

“High Impact towing really bailed me out when I needed it most. I was struggling to get ahold of any towing companies based in Chicago, and high impact picked up the phone immediately when I called.
Raúl came out in less time than estimated, towed me all the way from NWI back to Chicago, and was able to flawlessly park my car back into my spot in a back alley full of trash cans, other cars, etc. He was super friendly and made the whole predicament way less chaotic, which I endlessly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend”

I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. “If you have a hybrid electric, or any ?, this is the place you want to go. I have a Chevy Volt 2016, that needed some work. This family business that's located in Dyer Indiana, can fix anything you throw at them or have tow in. The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. Very nice environment with free coffee and refreshments. I also noticed they have a play area for the kids. One last thing before I upload photos. This place is also dog friendly, they love my beagle. ?”
