Yuk, I hate AI computer option systems real human interaction is better . These systems would be ok if they could answer certain questions like what time the mail letter carrier drops mail . It's too complicated.

Since I moved here in February they missed up my mail. I had package delivered to wrong address. I see what mail I get I don't get every mail posted come in that day. I believe they shouldn't be shut them down. Wost post office
