“My washing machine broke down and since I don’t like the one in my neighborhood I found this one .
It’s small but very well kept and quiet. The staff are helpful.The equipment looks fairly new and they use a card system. The bathrooms didn’t work but I never use them anyway but paper towels and hand soap to wash my hands would have been nice.
I met the owner who introduced himself and loaded the amount I spent on a Uber onto my Super Cycle card for me because I was a first time customer.
This will be my go to laundromat until I replace my washing machine lol! ?”

“I love that this is 24 hours! It was quiet and clean. Though this place is very small and you might get a slight whiff of wet dog near the doggy section. There is only 1 vending machine that has both drinks and snacks, but not a huge selection. There is a small parking lot, as well as street parking.”
“The young man that helped me was very friendly. It's a shame though they want a up front payment I can see a deposit. What if something is wrong. Just food for thought.”
“Gosh Lynn, I don't remember you working here. This company has been operating for well over 50 years and I've been running it for my husband since 2009. I grew up on the East Side and attended George Washington HS so I still consider myself "home" when I am here. Our company does have production standards that each employee has to meet . At 50 years old I am able to continually meet those standards so I expect nothing less from my employees. Being punctual (which means to show up on time) is also a key factor to staying employed here. If someone was let go because they couldn't perform the job that was asked of them or couldn't show up on time that does not make me a racist.”

“Very good place to wash! Updated machines with reloadable money cards rather than coins. Cards can be reloaded with cash, debit or credit. The card machine also has NFC for tap-to-pay option. From an engineer's perspective, it looks like they built this building yesterday ?.”

“I been coming here for roughly a year now and I would say I like coming here for the safe space and reasonable prices for the mechanics. Only thing is that there are no working bathrooms while we are washing clothes. During the winter time it’s no heatand during the summer there is no A/C.”

“I used to use another company, now i've switched to Lansing Cleaners. Their staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They have great coupons in different newspapers and at the local supermarket. I use them for all of my dress clothes and suits, but i have also used them for my sleepingbags. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I've not had an issue, and i've used them over 30 times!”

“My husband and I came here to wash our blankets and comforters. We washed them ourselves because the pricing for the workers to wash them for us was too expensive. We used the mega washer that washed 3 blankets in 25 minutes. We also used one of the commercial Maytag washers for our other two blankets which took about 45 minutes. They came out clean. We used the commercial dryers against the wall. It dried in a good amount of time, about 20 minutes. The reason we gave a 4 star review is because of the cleanliness and appearance of the laundromat. It is very outdated and dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in years, the walls are dirty, and there is a lot of cobwebs in the corners. Other than those three things, the washers and dryers were clean and efficient.”

“I have used them several times and have never had a problem. Looks like they have also upgraded their systems because now I receive a text to let me know my items are ready. Dropping off and picking up my items is always easy, and the staff is always courteous. Would definitely recommend them.”

“My experience with machines and staff was good.Best to use the Double loaders over Triple loaders.Rough estimate: for every 29 washes on two Double load machines. You will get 30th wash free. Also you will have washed more loads of clothes.”

I drop off my laundry and they do a fantastic job in washing and folding everything so nicely; also the people that work there are so friendly; I always have a nice conversation when I drop off or pick up my belongings, they're helpful and will carry things to my car if I have a lot of laundry. “This review is for the guy in the white truck that collects the coins and fixes the machines. One reason for your machines breaking down is that people are washing commercial rugs in the machines. Just saw it happing. 4/7”
“I enjoy washing my clothes here. I love the atmosphere, but I will warn the place is really small. My only main gripe that I want to warn people of is that Google maps says this place open on Sunday at 7:00am and I don't think it's true. I came to wash clothes on Sunday at 7 and ALL the business (Oh Hen pantry included)were still closed.. I waited until 7:15 before I decided to leave.. I'm guessing they open at 8(like they do during the weekday), or maybe did open at 7 at one time, but not now since Covid.Again great place to wash your clothes but be aware the open times on Google may need to be adjusted.”

“Nice and clean laundromat. Friendly and helpful staff. I wish they were open later and that the curb was flat to roll the carts to your car. The parking spaces are pretty big, but there are not a lot of parking spaces compared to other laundromats in the area.”
