“We had the best experience moving with ABF. They explained the process to us and answered all our questions. They even brought the trailer a day earlier to us at no charge to us. We tracked the trailer and when we saw it was at the holding/storage area we called for delivery. They brought it the next day. Picked up the empty trailer on time as promised. “Putting blind trust in strangers to access your storage unit and drive your items to another state is more anxiety inducing than I anticipated. That said Bill's took care of us. Thank you so much for clearing out our storage unit, storing it overnight, and delivering everything safely across state lines. Saving us from driving multiple uhuals through Chicago is a blessing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not unpacked everything but from what I can see nothing was improperly handled. The one and only big mirror we brought even made it in once piece.
