“Guri who works nights has proven to be a most valuable employee. He is always conscientious and very protective of the customers in the middle of the night. He watches as we get into our vehicles and responds appropriately when we tell him there are people in the parking lot behaving poorly. I feel safe to come here and get gas in the middle of the night as an older woman with beautiful young granddaughters. He is an extraordinary protective employee that you can trust to take care of your store and your customers. We are grateful for him.”

“Rural King is one of my favorite stores ever!!! It has a little bit of everything. With us owning an older home, they carry a lot of the supplies and parts the bigger chains no longer carry as well. The staff are always super friendly and courteous there. You guys are the best ?”

“My doctor's office was not returning my call or sending in my meds for me, so I called the pharmacy and asked them to reach out to them for me. They did, and my meds were in within less than twelve hours of our conversation (which was later in the evening or I'm sure it would have been even sooner)! I'm so grateful to these wonderful people for making sure I got what I needed when I was starting to feel hopeless. I've also used this pharmacy for several years and they're always very friendly and helpful.”

“There is no air pump station here. So we have to find Shell which they have. It's 4 miles from Marathon. Good thing we solved our low air pressure tire. Anyway, we bought an air gauze and a sealant from Marathon.”

“By far the best pizza in the area! The only negative thing I have to say about Casey's is that the app shows lots of good meal deals but for whatever reason the Hartford City location does not honor them.”

“I went into meijer this morning and started feeling very dizzy. I am 13 weeks pregnant and had my kiddos with me. As I was walking up to check out I almost passed out and asked a worker if I could go sit down and lost all vision on my way to sit. I immediately had a few workers helping me, one who went and bought me a juice (I think her name was Joanna) and another offering to get me water or wipes to cool me down. The woman who got me the juice stood with me, made me feel so much better because I was definitely pancaking in my head, wheeled me out in a wheelchair, and helped me get into my car. These were awesome ladies and I can not thank them enough!!”

“HUGE SHUTOUT ! For the employees who worked this Christmas Eve, I work for AutoZone and didn't get off until 7pm. Everything was closed except that store so I went in got three gift cards for 75 dollars apiece for my kids.. Here's the awesome part, when I went to pay the young lady questioned me for the purpose of having 3 gift cards.. explain it was for my kids Christmas gift.. I loved they asked, with all the scammers who want to use gifts cards to steal money, and you guys are protecting customers so they wouldn't fall victim.. Thank you and keep up being vigilant...”

The rest of the staff are wonderful and helpful aswell! This location is definitely one of the better ones compared to the other Muncie locations!”
