“My mom and sister and I were on a girls trip for a weekend, and visiting all of the antique shops and boutiques in Franklin was one of our stops on our road trip. I remember visiting Eclectic Jade and we sure didn’t walk out empty handed. (Little did I know I’d fall in love with Franklin that day, and I moved there two months later!) I now have accumulated several pieces of clothing and really unique home decor that I absolutely love. This is also the perfect place to grab a gift for your girlfriends or any of the ladies in your life. Definitely one of my favorite shops!Metal vintage planter, lantern, greenery, dried flowers, “maybe swearing will help”?, all from Eclectic Jade!”

“They have Booth rents here, so a bunch of individual Sandler's house under the same roof. This place is typical of most that I've seen that have this model. Quality varies widely. There are quite a few stands that would be a stretch to call them antique stands. However, there are some very nice ones with solid antique selections. My thing is comic books from the 90s in earlier. I was able to get about 10 Spider-Man ones. Not a bad place to add to antiquing run.”
“Ripped a hole in my water boots came here for a new set, they leaked out of the box, swapped em and those ones leaked also took them back and was offered a better set for the same price. Even with a terrible day and wet feet all the people were great to deal with especially Mark. A++ customer service from everyone in this store today... now to leave a review on the boots...”
“I got two sofa chairs from them. They're are perfect, carpenter style, sturdy and comfy. The girl who was on charge was kind and friendly. I'd recommend going to this store before buying any Amazon/Wayfair cheap stuff. Only one comment: please ask people if there's any special instruction to access their place every time, to avoid trouble.”

“MFG Furniture impressed me!!!Professional, efficient and courteous !I went to the store needing a part for my Mom’s lift chair. I was honestly expecting them to try to sell me a new chair. To my surprise they checked to see if her chair was under warranty, it wasn’t. They ordered the part that was needed ( relay box ) and called when the part came in to schedule an appointment that fit her schedule. The servicemen came at the expected time, replaced the part and checked to make sure all the functions of the chair worked. I will recommend MFG furniture not only for their quality of furniture but for their excellent service after the sale. That is something that is hard to find anymore. I will be a repeat customer. “We purchased a new mattress and base today from the Columbus, Indiana store. Our representative Jessica was truly amazing. She was so informative in such a way that was not pushy or annoying. She knew exactly what to inform me of that I may not have thought of until later. She worked very diligently to search out discounts and best options within my budget. If you are searching for a mattress, go into Columbus and ask for Jessica. She will treat you fairly and aid you in a polite and courtesy manner. I have not experienced this good of customer service in a very long time. Thank you, Jessica C. Also, her co-worker Karen was very kind and helpful to make sure we were ok as we waited for Jessica to finish with another customer. Great team work ladies!”
