“Lilly, the young lady that did our dogs nails did an excellent job. She was especially good with our older dog that has arthritis. She also stated they can give her a bath without our dog having to stand, so we will definitely go back for more grooming.”

It's nice that people enjoy seeing our furry friends at these places, but be mindful and don't just start petting without asking. A lady tried coming straight up to my back to pet my polecat/ferret without announcing herself, and I had to jerk around before she got nipped. Please just ask.”
“I normally go to a full service vet. So in my mind the price is great and I could go on Sunday which with life’s craziness I really needed! My 65lb dog got super shy and nervous when it was her turn, which is a bit unlike her. However, the team was incredibly kind, caring, and gentle with her. The paperwork is clear and concise.”

“I had to go get chicken feed Friday, I'm moving slow, I had fell in my barn a few days before, broke two+ ribs, so I'm at the chicken feed section, a young lady by the name of Mary saw me. she came to my rescue, she picked up the two 50Lb bags of feed and put them in my cart for me and offered to help with anything else. Mary I thank you so very much, I never have needed help like this before, but you were so kind. I would like to add that I offered to pay her for helping me, she wouldn't take anything. Mary you are a fine young lady. Rual King is lucky to have you as an employee. Thank you again.”
“We been bringing our Saint Dane Osta since she was a puppy and now she’s almost a year old. Employees here (especially the ladies) are always so kind and welcoming to our big girl. They understand the respectful approach and let osta approach them when she’s ready (and get that she LOVES the treats) We peruse and buy chews and all sorts of items for our dog, birds and cats. Just wish they had more gentle giant sized items, including cute clothes because even our big girl deserves to dress cute too! Thank you for helping our girl understand other humans are okay too. Ostara is a big loving lap dog and mommy’s girl:) sometimes we both need some socializing?”
