Tommy Hilfiger is noted as one of the best stores in the outlet. The store is organized, though it can sometimes be a little unorganized. Customers love the clearance section for good prices, especially for big and tall sizes that are hard to find elsewhere. The customer service is consistently described as amazing, excellent, phenomenal, great, professional, and friendly. Associates are very helpful, and the manager makes a huge difference. Overall service receives five-star praise, making it a store customers plan to return to.
Staff is not welcoming. But they got nice selection and good discounts. Cashier was nice.

I wanted to get different sizes on four shirts I purchased on line. I needed mediums and they only had one of the shirts in medium. So I had to return the rest of them. The service was 5 stars for sure. The young man was very helpful.
