He went out of his way to fix an issue, made sure I got the discounts I didn’t even know I had on my app, and was all around friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying 2 more pairs of shoes because of him. If I could get my staff to treat our customers the way he does, I’d be good to go. Thanks for the great service bud.”
“I purchased some shoes here previously and wanted another pair of the same style. I couldn’t find any in stock and one of the associates came right over when they saw I was searching. They couldn’t find them either and they were able to look them up and let me know that they were no longer available. Even though I didn’t get the shoes I wanted I really appreciated just how much help I received.”
