“I was purchasing off-season items for an upcoming cruise to Iceland. The staff was very helpful and helped me find what I need. They were able to answer questions I had about items being waterproof and just how warm they would keep me. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was.”

He went out of his way to fix an issue, made sure I got the discounts I didn’t even know I had on my app, and was all around friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying 2 more pairs of shoes because of him. If I could get my staff to treat our customers the way he does, I’d be good to go. Thanks for the great service bud.”

“This place always has sales going on and is the first place I go when looking for a top dollar shoe for discount prices. They are great about returns. I wish they would put out "try on socks" though.”
“Was not sure they would be open with Covid picking up again, they are open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was looking for a specific type of shoe for my mother who is elderly and has trouble walking. Staff took us to the shoe we were looking for helped her try it on. While there I ask if they had a shoe I was looking for, they did not. No problem they placed an order for it and was delivery 4 days later to my home. I highly recommend this store.”
