“What I experienced this past weekend is a masterclass in customer service, and I had to share it.
I placed an online order and headed in to pick it up — fully aware it was Memorial Day Weekend and the store was packed with shoppers hunting for World Cup merchandise. Busy doesn't even begin to cover it.
My order wasn't ready when I arrived, but before I could even process that, Dorsey jumped into action. She not only tracked down the item but noticed it was actually $10 cheaper in-store than what I'd paid online. Without hesitation, she cancelled my online order and made sure I walked out with the better deal.
That kind of attentiveness — on one of the most chaotic shopping days of the year — is rare. The whole staff made me feel like I was their only customer. That's not luck, that's culture.
