“I have been a customer for several years and am so pleased with the quality of the furniture and customer service we receive at Thompson Furniture. They make extra efforts to ensure we are pleased with our purchases and their white glove delivery makes the whole process effortless for the homeowner. A one stop shopping experience for indoor and outdoor furniture.”
“We love our American Rental. We have been customers for yrs, and have gotten most all of our furniture and appliances for them. The staff is super nice and helpful. If we want something they won't stop til they find it for us. And the delivery ppl are just as nice and helpful.”
“Had pool water tested, got the chemicals needed, and gave me instuction on how to apply chemicals.Couldn't be more happy with the service I received. Kids will be swimming tomorrow!”
“I had one hour to spend and was reluctantly walking around the stores until I randomly saw this one. Such an amazing gem seriously. They have organized the store so beautifully and it is a pleasure just to walk around the store. I already have told my bf I am gonna take him here. I have a love for antique shops and thrifting from quaint places like this and was so happy in this store. I bought a few small items that are very lovely.
Highly recommend checking this unique place in Columbus.”
“What a delightful shop! A friend had mentioned it, so we sought it out when we were in from out of town. Reasonably priced quality antiques, furniture, and lovely home decor are nicely displayed. I was unprepared for the amount and variety of merchandise. We will definitely return.”
“I got two sofa chairs from them. They're are perfect, carpenter style, sturdy and comfy. The girl who was on charge was kind and friendly. I'd recommend going to this store before buying any Amazon/Wayfair cheap stuff. Only one comment: please ask people if there's any special instruction to access their place every time, to avoid trouble.”
“Purchased some online items to be picked up at the Columbus Indiana store and I ended up refunding 1 of the items. The associate that handled my refund was very friendly and was only concerned about making me satisfied. Nice to see such care about their customers these days.”
“This store is the best I swear i ordered from here and everything happened so fast lol got furniture in my apartment the next day also got my dresser and mirror they had to order in came on time also so that was great thinking what to order next lol they have the best prices also very clean and very nice people working at this Columbus location in Indiana even down to the delivery people all great everything was simple first time ordering with them and will continue.”
“MFG Furniture impressed me!!!Professional, efficient and courteous !I went to the store needing a part for my Mom’s lift chair. I was honestly expecting them to try to sell me a new chair. To my surprise they checked to see if her chair was under warranty, it wasn’t. They ordered the part that was needed ( relay box ) and called when the part came in to schedule an appointment that fit her schedule. The servicemen came at the expected time, replaced the part and checked to make sure all the functions of the chair worked. I will recommend MFG furniture not only for their quality of furniture but for their excellent service after the sale. That is something that is hard to find anymore. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much!”
