“I took my brand new blacked out Lincoln Aviator to have the front windshield and two side windows tinted to match the factory tint, the front of the car had PPF put on it and it was all ceramic coated. It looks great and I'm loving the tinted windows! Trey did a great job and they were quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Trey and Kiara are so great to work with!”

“If you ask customers and manufacturers in the Elkhart area for recommendations on where to go for any hitch related issues, most if not all will say Dan’s Hitch/Dan’s Service Center and for good reason. They know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and professional and in this writer’s opinion will do what ever they can to fix a problem even if one doesn’t have an appointment. We have used Dan’s on several occasions over the past 10 years; the most recent being yesterday. We called on Wednesday to ask if they could diagnose and hopefully fix a problem with our tow vehicle. Although we didn’t have an appointment, they found a slot for us yesterday and within an hour determined what the problem was and fixed it. One last thing about Dan’s, he is not in business to be your best friend, but he is in business to fix your problem and get you back on the road. And in this regard, the owner responds very well to a principle of patience and kindness. Show patience and kindness towards the owner and he will respond in a similar manner. That principle really does work at Dan’s.”

“Had a great customer service experience with Jake at the Auto Zone on Cassopolis St, Elkhart Indiana. I had dove from Orlando to Michigan with no issues then all of a sudden my car didn't want to start. Got a jump, stopped at Auto Zone where Jake happily tested my battery to discover a dead cell. Jake was very patient with me while I was waiting on a discount code, then Jake put my new battery on in the dark. All set for my drive back to Orlando. Thank you Jake!”

He worked expertly with our insurance and was even able to help us find creative solutions to get our van back sooner when multiple parts delays came up. When I brought it in for the quote Nate noticed a previous body shop had put a wrong rocker clip and he replaced it on the spot without charging me. Shows that he cares. Even though his schedule was full, he worked me in over the course of a few weeks. Helped me figure out which parts needed to be ordered, fixed small things for me on my second visit, is very flexible and good labor pricing. They took great care of my car! Recommend to anyone with an older car that other places refuse to work on.”

“Recently had my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil leak. Turned out to be the rear seal, a complicated fix because they have to take the transmission off to get to it. I also had a damaged key fob that was replaced and then my hatch door wouldn't stay open and it came down and hit me in the back a couple of times. My extended warranty covered the key fob and the oil leak but not the hatch so I had to pay for that out of pocket. I was given a rental car for 5 days but it took longer than we thought it was going to. I agreed to pay for an extra day because I really need the transportation which I did. But then it still wasn't done when they thought it would be so Tony in service helped me out tremendously for those last two days. Like as they just covered it for me I thought that was really really nice of them to do that. I've been going here for years and for the most part I've always had excellent service and this was no exception. Tony kept me informed and really worked with me since I'm older and have a lot of health issues. I really appreciate his kindness more than he will ever know. Everything seems to be working fine now. Thank you Tony and Lochmondy staff for coming through for me. I appreciate doing business with you. I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to you in the future in need of excellent service.”
