In 2018. I went to Jordan’s without an appointment and was greeted by Thomas, who I had dealt with on earlier service a month or so ago. He was able to pull records and move my car into the shop for additional testing. I chose to replace the battery then and there and be on my way.
Thomas was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable of my needs. He represented Jordan’s very professionally and I will make it a point to see him for my future service work.

“I really appreciated that they were flexible with my budget and were willing to use parts I had previously bought when I thought I could do the repair on my own. They were also very quick to respond to messages and were very friendly both in person and over the phone. I used their online quoting system and highly recommend it. However the only thing I did not like was that the expected date of finish for my repair kept getting pushed back due to a headlight that they didn't know needed to be replaced until a couple of days in, I only wished that they had examined that sooner especially because I had brought it up during the quoting process. However I am thrilled with the work they did!”

The repairs were done quicker than I expected. They replaced the rear bumper, repainted, and redid the backup sensors, and the whole job was finished in about two weeks. I thought it would take much longer, but the car looks brand new.”

“My battery died this morning. After a successful jump start, my friend and I drove separately to breakfast, hoping the battery would recharge. Not only did it not recharge, but it also wouldn't recharge while we rried to jump it again. We went to AutoZone and bought a new battery. Even though my car was about a mile away, the Manager, Payton, volunteered to drive to my car and install the new battery. She was awesome! In 15 minutes I was on the road with a new battery. I shop at this AutoZone for all of my car needs. Their customer service is always of the highest quality. Thanks Payton for going the extra mile!”

Carter our tech was very quick at figuring out our problem out and got the car fixed in a good time frame(had major engine work) Micheal was great at communicating and making sure we were taken care of and understood everything! Pierce and Jesse were amazing and also explained everything when we went to get our courtesy car, which by the way was a 2026 Cadillac XT5 and only had 5 MILES on it! This dealership goes above and beyond when it comes to service and taking care of their customers!???????”

“Top notch service at this NAPA location. I came in needing some specialized heater hoses for my truck. I didn’t know the exact size, but I had the vehicle with me. The NAPA team allowed me to look at several different size options and take them outside for a physical comparison to the ones installed on my car. That saved me tons of time; ultimately they had the size, quantity and specific bend I needed in stock. They even compared the same item with competitors and were able to price match Auto Zone on the spot.

“I can's say enough good things about the service department here. Our extended warranty company was being ridiculous and not wanting to pay for repairs. We are full time RVers with cats and Bradley took care of us. He let us plug in the back lot for a few days until the repairs were approved. Probably some of the best customer service I have experienced”

I had the hood of my Toyota Highlander fly up onto my windshield while I was driving on the highway, breaking the hinges and disconnecting the hood from the body. Found Quality Auto Body on Google and decided to give it a shot. The quality of service was fantastic! Sam at the shop was super friendly and very helpful! He explained what needed to be repaired and gave me options on how I would like to proceed. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would say it was probably my best experience with an auto body shop. Everything about my experience was wonderful and I will be recommending this shop to my friends and family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.
