“Went there today to setup a new account as I have a job that wires me money once a month from the UK and needed a bank that does international bank transfers. This was our third bank we went to today. The first I have a bad review and you can read it if you want (the key bank on hively Avenue). The second was good but since they were more local they advised against them due to that the international transfers may not happen well. Third was the charm and they saw us right away and we got approved and got it setup. The account manager even told us things to consider such as the transfer fees (which we knew about) and some other things to consider. She was most helpful.”
“I never ever write reviews, but the service I was given was incredible, I had been incredibly stressed out all week because a cashiers check that I used as a deposit for my apartment was returned, my rent was wracking up fees. I had no idea what was going on, but they were calm and worked through the process, even staying 20 minutes after closing just to help me. I especially want to shout out Cassey, she had never done a case like this one before, but she worked extremely efficiently, and followed the steps to figure it out for me. She worked with Marie to get everything figured out. They got me a new cashiers check issued, and I feel a great weight lifted off my shoulders. They are the exact kind of people who need to be working in these kind of stressful positions, and I cannot say enough good things about that team!”
