“I had a situation where I had a refund check from the post office that was made out to my DBA (doing business as) instead of myself. I tried to deposit it remotely but when that wasn't successful, I brought it in (along with my nursery license). Generally Martin's is where I do my banking (I love being able to take care of banking and shopping with one stop) and the teller was familiar with me. I was able to deposit the check (it was only for $18) in my account, and she told me if there were any issues with it I should know within a week to ten days.”

In particular, I'd like to commend Mr. James Lindsey, this branch's liaison employee. He was very helpful, friendly, informative, and patient with all my questions, gave an excellent explanation of the various account types and the differences between banks and credit unions, and smoothly enrolled me with not only an ideal membership plan but the online banking app as well.
