“As a DIY project they were very helpful with the process. They didn’t just blow me off and tell me I needed one of their service techs to come do the job. I spoke with a lady, I do not remember her name, several times. Long story short, I took them my broken window Monday late afternoon and it was ready for pick up Tuesday at lunchtime. Very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended!”

“I had an excellent experience with Ziebart in Elkhart for the annual renewal service included with the Diamond Total Protection Package I purchased with my Lexus in July. Because this was my first annual service, Bob Rohrman Toyota, where I purchased my new-to-me Lexus, was responsible for setting up the appointment and scheduled it for a Friday in August. Upon arriving, the Ziebart staff explained that customers typically drop off their vehicles and pick them up a day or two later because the full underbody treatment can involve a 24–48-hour curing period. I was not prepared to leave my car because it is the only vehicle I own. I needed it back the same day and had planned to wait in the waiting room while the service was completed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They literally rearranged what they already had scheduled, and the entire staff rolled up their sleeves—even the receptionist at the front desk—to help prioritize my vehicle and complete the annual service that day. I was extremely impressed by how professionally they handled everything. Rather than making the scheduling circumstances my problem, they focused on taking care of my car and making sure the service was completed within a few hours. Knowing what I know now, I will plan accordingly for next year’s annual service and make arrangements so the team can have my vehicle for the full one- to two-day window they normally need. I certainly do not expect them to complete the service in record time again, and I am incredibly appreciative that they were willing to do so for me this year. The Diamond Total Protection Package includes annual renewal service for the rust protection, underbody protection, Diamond Gloss paint protection and interior fabric/leather protection, so keeping up with the yearly service is important to me. The Elkhart team made the entire process easy and left me feeling very confident about continuing to bring my Lexus back to them each year. Excellent customer service and a staff that truly went out of their way to take care of me. I highly recommend the Ziebart location in Elkhart.”

“Bro did me right new rubbers in less than 30 mins. Zolmans had me waiting for 3 hours, I left and came to miracle and man they worked a miracle I had a budget and they helped me get back on the road. Without trying to tell me other stuff needed fixed or I needed 4 tires when all I needed was a cheap good used tire. Thank you”

“As someone who knows nothing about how this process works and was truly nervous about being taken advantage of, I can honestly say that my experience was flawless from start to finish. Jeremiah was so patient with me, was able to answer all of the questions that I had (there were many), and was able to put my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend you go see him and his team for repairs; they are all super friendly and super professional.”
