I spoke with a lady, I do not remember her name, several times. Long story short, I took them my broken window Monday late afternoon and it was ready for pick up Tuesday at lunchtime. Very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended!”

“My dad and I both use Joe's Car Tech and my best friend actually just took his Lexus SUV there based on my suggestion and he's very happy. I believe they are honest and do thorough diagnosis. Some mechanics look at the error code and just replace things based on that without thoroughly diving into the problem. I believe Joe's dives in and makes sure they do proper diagnosis.”

“When I moved to elkhart 2 years ago the serpentine belt slipped off my car. I was doing the go almost overheat stop cool down go almost over heat go to get the 1.5 miles home and came across these guys on the way. I've been with them since and they have not done me wrong. Have since gotten a new new car amd tje clockspring went out on it causing a phsyco horn being tje most annoying and other things not tk work and tje ac had stopped working so had him do that too. He got it going only for 2 days later (stay with me) it to start again and the ac to go out again too. Gave him a call took it back in and he found out he had been sent a bad part. He took care of it no charge accept a valve tjat was needed to fix the ac. He could have charged me for the valve labor to replace it and the ac charge but all he charge me for was the valve. He made it roght plus. Is he tje cheapest mechanic? No but u get the work u pay for and respect even as a woman. Thanks guys u have a customer for as long as u will have me.”

“I was very pleased with the service that I received at AmeriFix in Elkhart, Indiana! (They replaced the starter on my SUV, which is no easy task!)
Not only did they save me quite a bit of money compared to one of their competitors, they got my vehicle fixed in less time than it took their competitor to get my vehicle in just to do the diagnostic.
Great communication throughout the process and even took care of a couple of minor issues and didn’t charge me for them.

“I had a check engine light come on while on a visit to Goshen. The drive home was three hours. I had felt the engine not running well, especially when first accelerating. I called to see if I could have someone tell me if the code causing the Check Engine light was something minor and I'd be fine driving the car home, or if I should have the car repaired immediately.
Ty was working the counter and came out to help me. He was great! He came out, installed the dongle to read the codes and told me I was experiencing a misfire on the #5 cylinder. We discussed my options and determined I could drive the car home while realizing there could be a chance of something going wrong. It was a chance worth taking for me. I called the Mercedes dealership I usually go to and my service coordinator gave me the same directions as Ty did.
I did drive the car home with zero issues. The car wasn't even showing any signs of misfiring after I had exited the expressway.
I'm very thankful for the help Ty gave me. It's nice to know I have a place I can depend on whenever I am visiting the Elkhart area.”

“I have been to quite a few auto repair places and by a mile Beardsley Auto Repair has been the best!! The work is outstanding and you are informed about what needs to be done and what they would recommend. I just had my brakes and rotors replaced. They found a broken part and fixed it at no charge. Granted it was a $20 part but any other place would have charged me $100 bucks. This is something that most repair shops would do. My truck's braking feels better than when I bought the truck.
I highly recommend Beardsley Auto Repair. I will not go anywhere else.”
