“We were looking through the clearance flowers at Lowe's when we noticed a small flag displayed in one of the flower pots. We asked Cindy where we could find them. She walked with us to the display, but there was only one left. She took the time to scan the item number and search the inventory system. Although the system showed there were 90 in stock, they weren't where the system indicated they should be.
We appreciated that Cindy because of her diligence she found them. Atuck in the highest shelf where pesticides were stored. Thank You Cindy, for your excellent customer service.”
