Hours: Meijer in Elkhart, IN, is a family-owned store that has been serving the community since 1934. It offers a wide range of products, including fresh produce delivered daily from local growers, custom-cut meats, seafood six days a week, and freshly baked bread. The store features over 40 departments with everything from household essentials and pet brands to the latest fashions for the entire family. Customers appreciate the good selection of products, the cleanliness, and the well-organized layout, which makes shopping convenient. The store maintains a fully stocked inventory and a large parking lot, making visits smooth and hassle-free. Meijer is known for its great value, with low prices and weekly specials that help save even more through the store’s rewards program. The grocery section offers a variety of items, including a notable selection of sushi that surpasses other local stores in variety and quantity. However, some customers find the prices slightly higher compared to other stores. One concern raised is the removal of dressing rooms, which makes trying on clothing difficult.
