“First time in a Martin's and I thourghly enjoyed myself ..very clean store and super friendly staff...I didn't buy much as I was on a road trip and needed to stop for a walk but the Starbucks was great the fresh. Local milk (chocolate) in thoes beautiful glass jars was delicious...the produce looked great and fresh....I have a very high standard for my grocery stores as I reside in Rochester NY the home of Wegmans and I have been shopping with them my whole life ...I have been in and used the other major stores around the country during my work travels ..and I have yet to find one I would put beside Wegmans until now ...Great job all around ...I will search out another store closer to my home to further visit”
“The new Meijer is different. It's more modern, departments are in sections with little to no transition. It feels smaller but im told it's bigger. It always smells good with all that fresh food there!”

“This store is very clean and organized. They have a lot of food options. The prepackaged sandwiches, salads, and veggies on the go all look fresh. Their bathroom is clean, too. I was impressed by that. I been to the in Goshen and it's disgusting. I do not live close to this Martin's. Whenever I would get I chance in town. I would definitely come again. The only reason I did not give this review five stars. I did not buy any groceries.”

“Stopped into the Mishawaka Road location today to make myself a salad, and the salad bar there was organized so well, every item was stocked and fresh, and the whole area was very clean and well attended to. “The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The cashier's are down to earth. The only complaints I have are they need to restock the shelves a little bit more often and they have to answer the phone. I have called there one day about 15 times and they never answered the phone once...they could lose valuable customers that way”

“The best prices on pop that rotates through every brand. Easy to zip in and out. You don't have to worry about what you look like. To those who say they never worry, you're a lair. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially considering working at one of these stores must be the worst because of the clientele, sometimes, want more than they deserve plus thieves abound in these stores. Are they pristine? Of course not, why would they be? If you want pristine go to Martins and pay triple if not more for your products then but do me a favor, don't complain about a store that does the most for the lower end of the socioeconomic scale...Just take your highfalutin attitude somewhere else and stop reporting the stores we need.”
“I go to dollar general a lot! Right around the corner from my house. Love it! Today though I sent my granddaughter and two of her friends down. Told them to look around I’d be there after I got dressed. Took me longer then expected. Just leaving when the girls came back. They were thrown out of the store because they were only looking around. Had no money. They didn’t argue with the person. Just left. Then the lady told me we’d talk about it later. Wow. Judging kids sad. Come to find out she’s a teacher at Concord. Wow”
“I did love it however the new manager that took over a few months ago does not know how to keep up a store or help you find anything place is a disaster all the time cards full of boxes that need to be put away on the Shelf trash on the floor dangerous for people to go into and you never can find what you need is not due to covid-19 it's due to not taking my time and putting it away on the Shelf I've heard different conversations through workers about the store some have to be up at the register and the same ones have to be putting it on the Shelf but nine times out of 10 they're in the breakroom just sitting down a lot of times they hoard stuff in piles that they're going to buy it and tell you that it's not for sale and then you watch them purchase it also seemed people going out to the dumpster if I pass by certain times of the night that our workers that put items in the trash pull them out and take them home and my car we used to love to shop there what's the time we will go to the other one down the road from the store they're much nicer and so is the store when we only live one minute away from this location it's a disaster the rest of your stores are courteous kind and clean thank you for serving the community”

“We are staying next door in a lodging. We came over for breakfast items and the deli looked so good we decided to have a early dinner. PicNic style. They have indoor seating. The best vegetable section I ve seen in a long time. Lots of color , Precision stacking. Quite nice. If I lived here, this would be my market.”
“Thank you Martin’s employees who assisted my father-in-law today!!! Several young ladies went above and beyond to help him as he was not feeling well in the store. He was brought a chair to sit down. Water to help him hydrate and no one left his side while this was occurring. One particular young lady actually finished filling his water jugs. Checked his groceries out all while he sat and rested. She took everything to his car and loaded it for him. She also insured he got him safely. There’s more I probably left out as he related this story and how grateful and appreciative he was for the kindness and truly caring for an older gentleman experiencing a health issue. We, as a family, are all so grateful and appreciative of everything these ladies did today. They saw he was not well and approached to help with no hesitation, never leaving him until he was safe at home. What these wonderful people don’t know is Bob JUST finished radiation and chemo last month for cancer. This was his 3rd bout of cancer and he had beat this horrible disease every time. Thank our Lord Almighty! He’s still feeling effects of his treatments and has been so brave, strong and has remained independent throughout. He has had leg vein surgeries that has left his legs weakened and has trouble with extended time on his feet. We want you all to know that your care and kindness are appreciated more than you know. Thank you. THANK YOU and God Bless you all.”
“When I think about Walmart, I try to assess the world without them. I can complain about self checkout or nitpick minor things that have no bearing on the operation of their stores. I will not, why? Without Walmart there would be no check on pricing. Within six miles of my home I have three Walmart stores, realistically they cap what other big box stores can do and actually do more to control inflation then anything normal everyday people have available to them. I'll complain but I will continue to support any company that fights inflation and saves me a couple of bucks.”
