Worst bank ever. Discriminatory, predatory and horrible customer service. I only had my account for about 6 months and I closed it. They allowed charges to come out of my checking that caused me to be negative and instead of automatically transferring the money from my savings to checking to cover the charges (which I authorized them to do), they charged me $37 fees several times. This bank is fraud and I know they will have a class action lawsuit soon! 0 stars!

This bank is fraudulent. They charge a $37 even if your account is not overdrafted. I wish I would’ve read reviews prior to opening this account but I have gotten a lawyer involved and they will see a class action lawsuit!

They let you get hacked and don't even care. They are rude and give you wrong information. They only care about getting money themselves even at your expense. Do not Bank there

Absolutely horrible. Northwest closed the bank in my home town, I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get here to find out they close at 4 , she locked the door while looking at me when I was getting out of my truck at 4:00 exactly, wow, I'm changing banks

Great bank, very friendly staff. We went to get a document notarized and it was a smooth process the lady was super nice and friendly to our kids. Definitely recommend Northwest bank and using this location if you need something notarized.
