“We were in a bind needing a rental truck to help our son move his furnishings, and after a few searches thought it was going to cost us way to much. I then received a call from Paul M at Penske and he really hooked us up. From his presentation to Caleb's front desk service these guys were outstanding. Call them and they will work out a great deal for you. The trucks are in great shape too, you can see the pride they have in their services. Thank you guys so very much... Ty”
“I appreciated the process of being required to take photos of the truck so it was clear that I didn’t cause any previous damages or scratches. The truck I rented had minor scratches and damage. The inside of the truck and the bed of truck were very clean. I registered it rent a U-box but I was not able to rent it due to my stuff not being able to fit but I need someplace to store my belongings. The employees were very kind, helpful, professional, and patient with this whole process of renting the truck to renting a U-Haul storage unit. I greatly appreciated the first month of unit storage being free; that took a lot of weight off my shoulders. While me and kids were loading things into the U-haul storage unit a young man employee and the General Manager made sure we were doing okay(it was raining somewhat a lot ) and offered any help we needed. Thank you very much
U-haul of Elkhart!! God Bless!!”
“Went there to have a rental repair on my door this morning. They were very welcoming and helpful and resolved my issue quickly so that I could pick up my load. Thank you”
“Rented a 5 x 8 trailer to finish my move from Iowa to Michigan. Easy to make a reservation check in and check out was super easy. Had the trailer for 3 days and even bought their insurance for less than $100. Super worth it.”
“Toni at u-haul was very helpful in our trailer rental. She went above and beyond her call of duty with me. Hard working, Professional and friendly is descriptive of Toni. Thank you again for all of your help. We will be back to use you again. Great customer service.”

“Everyone at the Elkhart location is great! They are very professional, very nice, and very knowledgeable. They treat me like a friend. I've rented a truck six times (at least) and I've NEVER had a problem here. A 15 out of 10 stars!”
