“I was given a number of options for rental at locations nearby. I needed to verify our needs and when. I called back and left a message I was contacted in a timely manner and the transaction was handled very professionally. I was actually given a gate code missing one number. When my son tried to enter the facility with the code I had texted him, it was incorrect and I was immediately notified. The code discrepancy was found and I was able to meet him there and gain access. A bit of a glitch but it did confirm for me that security is taken seriously - and that is a good thing. Facility is clean and in a safe location.”

“I called Six Span2 in the afternoon of Monday Nov 13 to ask if they could possibly move my two shore stations farther up on my property. 20 minutes after my call, Danny Comadoll was on my property to check things out. Tuesday the 14th he was at my home before 11am and moved both lifts.This was one guy with top-notch equipment, great skills and an excellent attitude, not a crew of 4 doing barely adequate work.I SO appreciate that excellent service snd amazingly fast service at a very reasonable rate.I will rest much easier this winter knowing my lifts are now up high enough not to be affected if the ice comes up over the seawalls as it has nearly every winter.I highly recommend Six Span 2, Six Span Storage for shore station removal and look forward to watching them install them next spring!Big thanks, Danny!!”

“I appreciated the process of being required to take photos of the truck so it was clear that I didn’t cause any previous damages or scratches. The truck I rented had minor scratches and damage. The inside of the truck and the bed of truck were very clean. I registered it rent a U-box but I was not able to rent it due to my stuff not being able to fit but I need someplace to store my belongings. The employees were very kind, helpful, professional, and patient with this whole process of renting the truck to renting a U-Haul storage unit. I greatly appreciated the first month of unit storage being free; that took a lot of weight off my shoulders. While me and kids were loading things into the U-haul storage unit a young man employee and the General Manager made sure we were doing okay(it was raining somewhat a lot ) and offered any help we needed. Thank you very much

“Only complaint is the massive spider problem. I have a unit inside too and it still is hit or miss if I have to swim through webs and watch for spiders when I go to my unit.”
