“The containers are clean. The doors worked well I did not meet the first driver, but the second driver when I had him come out and move. The container was super nice and super helpful. I really appreciate that I’m handicapped and anymore. You’re not used to getting much help, but this gentleman was super helpful, put the tote exactly where I wanted it thank me and left. The only thing I don’t like is they do not lift the storage container straight up and put it on the truck they put it on a flatbed truck that’s angled like a 45° angle and wind up so fast down goes to the back of the container just something to think of. Didn’t seem to hurt anything but didn’t make the door hard open but everything else was great thank you minis of South Bend.”

“I was given a number of options for rental at locations nearby. I needed to verify our needs and when. I called back and left a message I was contacted in a timely manner and the transaction was handled very professionally. I was actually given a gate code missing one number. When my son tried to enter the facility with the code I had texted him, it was incorrect and I was immediately notified. The code discrepancy was found and I was able to meet him there and gain access. A bit of a glitch but it did confirm for me that security is taken seriously - and that is a good thing. Facility is clean and in a safe location.”
