“The storage units are easy to get to an are clean. I wouldn't rent the smart lock though. I had a hard time with reception for my phone, and you need that to connect to and unlock and lock it. Just bring your own lock and you should have a good experience. You also need to go into the little office and use the kiosk to stop renting, or call them directly. I couldn't find anywhere on the website that would allow me to stop, which is a bit of an inconvenience.”
