Went in less than an hour later to pick the vehicle up and Wayne at the front desk told me he'd taken care of the bill. I had a $0.00 invoice! “We were stranded in Elkhart 5 hours from home needing a new wheel hub for our travel trailer. We went to Axel Inc 8:30 am Monday morning to see if they could service our camper. They fit us right in for service for a new wheel hub. They also replaced the damaged Lippert axel with a new better Dexter axel and installed new leaf springs that we were traveling with. They also corrected previously incorrectly installed parts by either previous owner or factory. We were headed home with our repaired travel trailer by 3:30 pm Monday afternoon. We highly recommend Axel Inc. Karen, the owner, was very willing to help us in any way that she could and charged fair prices for parts and labor. James, the service manager, went above and beyond in getting us back on the road to safely return home.”
