If you don’t have all of your things ready, they will ask you to go ahead and go finish it and then you don’t have to wait in line. They will just call you right back up when you’re done. I’ve seen customers Be right these kind hearted people, and they still try their best to make a great day for everyone. I Highly recommend this office! Professional, kind, Quirky and fun!”

“Karen was incredible. My boyfriend and I had gone in there looking for packing paper / bubble wrap to fill up the empty space to send out an order, but they were out. Karen took it upon herself to take cardboard, slice it, gave us a bigger bubble mailer, and was super sweet the entire time. Every time we have been to this USPS, we have had great customer service, but Karen went above and beyond. Great person.”
“The attendants are always ready to help you whether you are shipping something or just picking up. They are patient but sometimes in a hurry, always polite. The drivers are nice when they have to deliver the mail up to my door. They always check to see if I'm home with a one time knock and if not they will leave the package in a secluded area. I can tell if a package has been delivered from the Informed Delivery updates on their website .”

“I went to the USPS at Ellettsville, Indiana, to mail a very fragile framed painting. David waited on me. He kindly told me the package was likely to break if mailed as I wrapped it. So he quickly made a cardboard box to fit it and wrapped the picture for me, for free. In addition, he was polite, efficient, and friendly. I was on my way in no time.”
