“Was on a road trip when the battery light came on. Did a quick search and this place came up, so we pulled in and asked for help, feeling beyond lucky that they were open on a Sunday. They quickly diagnosed the issue: we needed a new alternator! Fortunately, there's an O'Reily's down the street and they had one in stock.
The service guy swapped our's out and we were back on the road in about 2.5 hours. Amazing! Even better, they charged a fair price for emergency work on a Sunday (and less than what we would have paid at home).
If you're on 30 and have car trouble, I would 100% recommend this place. Fair, honest, and super-nice! (Also, open on Sundays!)”
“I purchased a used 2017 F150 from a new car dealership in February of this year. 2 weeks later transmission issues. Spoke with my daughter and she said take it to Phil at, Hepton road Auto. I did. They towed it in fixed it and back on the road. Very pleased. Since then HRA as done 2 full sets of walk in tires for me. I self diagnosed my running issue, was close but wrong and I Spoke to Phil at HRA and explained the codes, he then did some research and pointed me in the right direction. I fixed my issues. Phil is a super guy. Hepton Road Auto is Outstanding. If you need great quality work done at fair prices and you don't contact HRA, then your paying too much and your stupid. 5 STARS. I WILL NOT GO ANY PLACE ELSE.
