“Saturday, I drove all over Evansville, IN looking for a lobby open. I looked on the website, said the ones on Greenriver & Springvalley Rd & the one on Burkhardt, the lobby was open until 11am, the drive-thru was open to 12 noon. NOT!!!! So then I drove to the one on 1st Av & they were open, thank God!!!! I had a fraud on my account so I needed a new card only the lobby could do not the drive, but I don't know why, they could've done the same thing out there. So I had my Sunday drive on Saturday morning for a scenic drive. I'm hoping they fix the websites with the correct hours & places!!!!! Thank you”
